The session will begin with a brief overview of the R&D Tax Credit, addressing benefits, timing, and the study process. The presenter will then walk through the Four-Part Test, demonstrating how architectural design meets Credit eligibility criteria. The four types of Qualified Research Expenses will be explained, and expenses most relevant to architectural firms will be highlighted. Discussion will then pivot to credit mechanics and a case study.
