YAF is turning up the heat and challenging all of you to an exciting night of axe throwing!
Schedule:
- 5:00 - 7:00 PM: Grist House Happy Hour
- 7:00 - 9:00 PM: Lumberjaxes Axe Throwing
Come join your fellow young architects for an evening of networking and fun. We will be starting off with a happy hour at Grist House Brewery (10 E Sherman Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15209). Stop by whenever you feel like it after work to pick up some dinner at the food truck of the day and grab a glass of delicious Pittsburgh craft brewed beer. We will then head over to Lumberjaxes at 7:00 PM for two hours of axe hurling fun. In case you didn’t know, Lumberjaxes is no longer BYOB so be sure to bring some extra cash to purchase your own drinks there.
Be sure to get your tickets early! Prices increase by $5.00 after 05/19. You are welcome to purchase tickets online up until 05/25. After that, we will only have in person ticket purchases. Tickets reserve a spot for you to participate in the axe throwing. You are welcome to come to the happy hour if you don’t want to purchase a ticket for axe throwing, and you also don’t need to show up for the happy hour to throw axes.
If you are no longer able to attend, we do not have the ability to refund your ticket, but you are more than welcome to invite another architect to use your ticket, just be sure to let us know via email ([email protected]) if you are transferring your ticket.
